No. Scent Dealers is cruelty-free and does not test on animals.

Orders can only be canceled or modified before they enter processing. Once an order is processed or shipped, it cannot be changed or canceled.

What if I don't like the scent?
Scent preference is highly personal and varies by individual. Because of this, scent dissatisfaction is not eligible for refunds. We recommend reviewing the scent profiles carefully before purchasing.
Do you offer returns or refunds?
Due to hygiene and safety standards, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has shipped. If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery for assistance.

Our fragrances are Extrait de Parfum, meaning they contain a higher concentration of fragrance oils. Most customers experience 8–12+ hours of wear, depending on skin chemistry and environment.
